Otak-Otak

Otak-otak were made of fish meat, mashed and seasoned. Furthermore, the fish meat is inserted again into the fish skin which is then boiled or baked in a banana leaf wrapping. These foods can be eaten alone or accompanied with a spicy sour sauce. Sometimes eaten to accompany rice.
