Sate Ayam Pedas



Just let us try the recipe, how to make Sate Ayam Pedas

Main Ingredients :
  • 450 grams of chicken meat that has been cut into cubes
  • skewers
  • one (1) tablespoon of oil
  • one (1) teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • greater galingale (kencur)


Spicy Seasoning Ingredients :
  • 200 grams of peanuts that have been fried and
  • smoothed
  • 350 ml of water
  • 2 pieces of orange leaves and bones discarded leaves
  • 2 cloves of garlic fries
  • 3 pieces of  red chili
  • 5 pieces of red chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon palm sugar
  • 2 cm greater galingale (kencur)
  • 2 teaspoons salt


complementary seasonings :
  • 5 pieces of cayenne pepper and cut into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 red onions and sliced 

How to Make Chicken Satay :
  1. All the ingredients are there spices, boiled dipancai to oily and mature.
  2. Chicken meat were covered in lemon juice, salt and soy sauce, then coat well with seasoning boiled earlier.
  3. Prepare satay skewer, then stabbed with meat and baked while in basting occasionally with seasoning before. Until cooked.
  4. Satay chicken ready to serve.
