Udang Goreng Saus Keju


The delicious taste of shrimp served with cheese sauce was very compact in one delicious dish. Creating unique breakfast appearance this time more enjoyable.

Sauce Ingredients :

15 ml heavy cream 
50 grams of cheddar cheese, grated 
1/2 teaspoon salt 
1/8 teaspoon pepper powder

How to make :
1 Marinate the shrimp with garlic powder, lemon juice, and salt. Let stand 15 minutes. 
2 Dip into the egg whites. Roll over sheathing. 
3 Fry in oil that has been heated to matang.Sisihkan. 
4. sauce, heat the unsalted butter. Saute garlic until fragrant. Enter the flour. Stir until grained. 
5. Enter a little liquid milk, stirring until smooth. 
6 Add the heavy cream, grated cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until bubbling 
7 Serve shrimp with sauce.
