Celimpungan



   Celimpungan is food that comes from South Sumatra. The basic ingredients are celimpungan dough sago and fish as well as pempek who also came from South Sumatra. The difference between them lies in the shape and gravy. Celimpungan round shape with a diameter of 10 cm and thin (flat). Broth made ​​of coconut milk and a blend of other spices. Celimpungan eaten with chilli sauce.
