Sate Cumi Bumbu Pedas Spesial

Ingredients :
700 grams of large squid, wash
5 pieces of lime leaves, torn
2 bay leaves
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons oil for sauteing
skewers

Seasoning mashed :
4 cloves of garlic
5 red onions
5 red chili sauce
6 red chilies
1 tomato
1/4 teaspoon pepper
salt to taste

How to Make: 
First cut 2 cm sized round squid, rinse again thoroughly. 
Saute ground spices until fragrant. Add a dab of orange leaves leaves. Stir well. 
Then enter the squid and stir well. Add soy sauce, and cook until the spices to infuse and somewhat dry. lift 
Last squid skewers with satay stab each 5 pieces of squid, Bake briefly, and serve with warm rice.
