Bebek Bakar Bumbu Bali
One of the culinary trends and hunted a lot of
people today are fried duck. Duck is known to have a delicious and savory meat,
duck meat has a flavor very typical, this is a Bebek Bakar Bumbu Bali ecipe
(servings for 4 people)
Ingredients Bebek Bakar Bumbu Bali :
- 1 whole duck, siangi, cut into 4 parts
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- ½ tablespoon of lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 4 pieces of bamboo segment to clamp
Seasoning mashed :
- 5 red chilies
- 6 spring onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 cm hazelnut
- 1 cm ginger
- 1 stalk lemongrass
- 1 tamarind seeds
How to make a Bebek Bakar Bumbu Bali :
- Soak the pieces of duck in soy sauce, lemon juice and salt for 25 minutes.
- Saute ground spices until fragrant, then enter the ducks that have been soaked. Cook for 10 minutes or half-cooked, set aside.
- Prepare coals or grill.
- Pinch the already half-cooked duck with bamboo pieces, then grilled over hot coals until cooked.

Note:
