Kerang Saus Padang
Ingredients :
- 750 grams of green shelled mussel
- 1 onion, sliced long
- 2 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
- 2 large red chilies, angled cut and deseeded
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 150 ml of water
- 1 teaspoon of corn starch and 1 teaspoon of water, to thicken
- 1 leek, cut oblique
- 2 tablespoons oil for sauteing
How to make :
- Boil the mussels with bay leaf to a boil. Lift one side of the shell and tiriskan.Ambil.
- Heat minyak.Tumis onions, garlic, and a large red chili until fragrant.
- Put oyster sauce, tomato sauce, chili sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well. Pour water. Cook until boiling.
- Thicken with corn starch solution. Stir until popped. Enter shells. Cook briefly. Add spring onion. Stir until cooked.
