Goreng Baluik (fried eel)
One of the famous Minang cuisine crunchy, savory and perfect paired with
anything is fried baluik. As the name implies, this dish made of fried eel 0r baluik until
crisp. Eel river chopped into small pieces fried with simple seasoning is very
fitting as a friend to eat rice, so much favored by the indigenous people and
migrants.
