Udang Saus Asam Manis


Seasoning or sour sweet sauce is one of the favorite spices processed shrimp, tasty and simple. The following recipes and how to cook udang saus asam manis. Just enough to remember the recipe ingredients and how to make it below, then rushed to get or prepare immediate of the necessary materials.

Ingredients and Seasonings : 
• 250 grams of shrimp, discard the head, peeled 
• 1 tablespoon margarine 
• ½ teaspoon salt 
• 1 teaspoon of sugar 
• ½ teaspoon of chicken flavoring 
• 1 teaspoon vinegar 
• 1 tablespoon chili sauce 
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Puree :
• 5 red onions 
• 3 cloves of garlic 
• 4 pieces of red chili 
• 1 tomato

How to cook shrimp sweet and sour sauce :
1. Heat the margarine, enter the shrimp and cook until it turns into a reddish color. 
2. Enter the spices and stir well. Enter the vinegar, salt, sugar, chicken flavor, chili sauce and soy sauce, stir and cook until done. Remove and serve.
