Typical food is canai bread next Riau. Canai bread is the name of a flat-shaped bread that is influenced by Indian culture. This bread is quite commonly found in the Malay countries such as Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia also certainly one of which is in the Riau area. This bread is made with thin turned up, after it folded and then baked with oil ..canai bread very tender and savory taste. And do not forget, canai bread is a true partner whose name had mutton curry. Do you eat with bread and dipped tore into curry mutton or lamb. Wow, the delicious taste will rub off on our tongues.
