Udang Mayonnaise

Ingredients:
200 g shrimp, peeled, and clean
1 clove garlic, finely chopped

How to cook:

sugar, chicken broth, salt and pepper. Allow 15
minutes.
2. Dip shrimp into egg mixture, roll in
flour. When you need to roll two times thicker
dressing flour.
3. Fry in hot oil
4. To make the sauce, combine the
mayonnaise, condensed milk and 1/4 tsp lemon,
then stir well.
5. Spread mayonnaise sauce on the shrimp or
