Kepiting Lada Hitam


This time we present preparations are already very famous crab, kepiting lada hitam recipe. The combination of savory flavors of crab and spicy bite from the black pepper is delicious eaten. Here's the recipe and how to cook it :

Ingredients :
• 3 tablespoons cooking oil 
• 2 red onions, thinly sliced 
• 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced 
• 10 large red chilies, finely chopped 
• 3 tablespoons granulated sugar 
• 2 tablespoons dried shrimp roasted, mashed 
• 2 tablespoons black pepper, puree 
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce 
• 2 tablespoons oyster sauce 
• 1 tablespoon taoco 
• 1 teaspoon salt 
• 1 kg of crab, boiled, each split into 2 parts 
• 1 leek, thinly sliced

How to make :
1. Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a skillet over medium heat, saute onion and garlic until fragrant. 
2. Enter the chilli, sugar, dried shrimp, black pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, taoco and salt, mix well. 
3. Enter the crabs and water, stir and cook until boiling. 
4. Forward mememasak while stirring until the spices to infuse and sauce thickens, remove from heat. 
5. Move the container into a serving dish, sprinkle with sliced ​​scallions and serve while hot.
