Bebek Goreng Spesial


One of the culinary trends and hunted a lot of people today are fried duck. Duck is known to have a delicious and savory meat, duck meat has a flavor very typical, this is a Bebek Goreng recipe

The ingredients to make fried duck

Ingredients :
• 3 cups water
• 1 whole duck, cut into 4 pieces, coat with lemon juice
• 5 cm galangal, crushed
• 3 bay leaves
• 2 pieces of orange leaves
• Cooking oil to taste

Seasoning, crushed :
• 5 cloves of garlic
• 4 red onions
• 4 cm turmeric
• 4 cm ginger
• 1 tablespoon salt

Chili sauce, mashed :
• 4 pieces of red chili
• 10 pieces of cayenne pepper
• Terasi (according to taste)
• 1 piece of fresh tomatoes
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon granulated sugar

How to make :
·         Boil water, put the duck, spices, ginger, bay leaves, and orange leaves. Mix well and cook over low heat until the duck is tender and sauce thickens. Remove and drain.
·         Heat oil, fry the duck dry with medium heat until browned. Remove and drain.
·         Serve Bebek Goreng with rice and vegetables

Note:
To avoid tough meats, choose a young duck. And to eliminate the fishy smell distinctive duck, cover with vinegar and let stand about 30 minutes. Wash thoroughly before processing.
