Bebek Goreng Spesial
One of the culinary trends and hunted a lot
of people today are fried duck. Duck is known to have a delicious and savory
meat, duck meat has a flavor very typical, this is a Bebek Goreng recipe
The ingredients to make fried duck
Ingredients :
• 3 cups water
• 1 whole duck, cut into 4 pieces, coat
with lemon juice
• 5 cm galangal, crushed
• 3 bay leaves
• 2 pieces of orange leaves
• Cooking oil to taste
Seasoning, crushed :
• 5 cloves of garlic
• 4 red onions
• 4 cm turmeric
• 4 cm ginger
• 1 tablespoon salt
Chili sauce, mashed :
• 4 pieces of red chili
• 10 pieces of cayenne pepper
• Terasi (according to taste)
• 1 piece of fresh tomatoes
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
How to make :

Boil water, put the duck,
spices, ginger, bay leaves, and orange leaves. Mix well and cook over low heat
until the duck is tender and sauce thickens. Remove and drain.

Serve Bebek Goreng with rice and
vegetables
Note:
To avoid tough meats, choose a young duck.
And to eliminate the fishy smell distinctive duck, cover with vinegar and let
stand about 30 minutes. Wash thoroughly before processing.
