Sup Ikan Batam
Geographical location of Batam city located on the coast of Batam has a specific make in a variety of seafood. One of the well-known is the mackerel fish soup typical Batam city, or popularly known as Fish Soup Batam. The fish soup is served with chunks Batam mackerel that had previously been separated from his bones. The piece of fish was smeared with egg whites to eliminate the fishy smell, then cooked with spices and mixed with starfruit and green tomatoes. Pieces of white or green cabbage were also incorporated into this soup, to further enhance the appearance of this Batam Fish Soup.
