Lappet
Lappet is
traditional Batak cake. Not clear since when this started confectionary
"entrenched". However, in certain Batak ceremonial event, usually
between lappet remains a dish accompanied by coffee or tea.
Lappet made
from: rice flour, coconut, brown sugar (palm). But for lappet performance is
not much different from the fast a banana. Lapet usually shaped like a pyramid
and wrapped in banana leaves. Siborongborong, is one of the cities that produce
lappet with a very distinctive flavor all.
