Semur Ayam Spesial



This time sofuncooking.bloger.com will share about how to make a Semur Ayam. This is the Ingredients used and how to make it:

Make Braised Chicken Ingredients:
  • 500 grams of chicken, cut into six sections
  • 250 grams of potatoes, peeled, fried briefly
  • 1 liter of water
  • 5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ nutmeg, grated
  • 1 packet of chicken bouillon powder
  • Cooking oil to taste
  • Fried onions for topping
  • The mashed Seasoning:
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 4 red onions
  • 2 cm ginger 

How to Make Braised Chicken:
  • Saute ground spices until fragrant.
  • Pour the chicken, and cook until the spices to infuse and chicken begins to change color, stirring, stirring until blended.
  • Add the potatoes, pour the soy sauce, water, salt, pepper, nutmeg and chicken broth. Cook over medium heat until chicken is cooked through and sauce thickens. Lift.
  • Serve while warm with a sprinkling of fried onions
