200 g shrimp, peeled, and clean
1 clove garlic, finely chopped

1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of chicken powder
salt to taste
pepper to taste
fruit eggs, beaten off
tablespoons flour (or more depending on size of shrimp)
2-4 tablespoons mayonnaise (to taste)
1-2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
tablespoons sesame seeds (if you like)
How to cook:
1. Marinate shrimp with garlic, lemon, sugar, chicken broth, salt and pepper. Allow 15
   minutes.
2. Dip shrimp into egg mixture, roll in flour. When you need to roll two times thicker
   dressing flour.
3. Fry in hot oil
4. To make the sauce, combine the mayonnaise, condensed milk and 1/4 tsp lemon,
   then stir well.
5. Spread mayonnaise sauce on the shrimp or prawns immediately wrote dip into the
   sauce.
6. Serve warm.
